The last amalgamation will be issued in a month but I now know which 4 dances will be tested. CCC, Samba & Rumba are no surprises, and the last one is PD! The whole class was in a panicky mood... I am the only one who likes being the bull; I am the only one who has danced PD before... nope that won't help because this is a G1 test. Well, actually I am not worrying about getting fail because I know I will pass- I am targeting a distinction; my concern is what will happen after the test. The test is the major reason that urges me to leave Mango.
I enjoyed dancing in BDC which only holds professional exams; however, I hadn't thought of teaching but was just eager to have my dancing graded, then I found CDA which is near my work place, which holds medal classes at a good time for me... and you know, then I joined CDA. And I did very well. But I have an insatiable appetite towards dancing. Then one day I got back to BDC and Ed gave me a partner to dance with. And I did well too. Nothing happened.
I am not only a dancer, I am a good one, so I had some performance for BDC. At the same time, I took tests with CDA and was one of the candidates to be nominated. Everything went wrong since then. Before medalized, I am a free dancer; but after the medal I'll have to make a choice. I can only represent one. Since my medals are from CDA I actually don't have a choice. I'll need to pursue the professional grades along the CDA ladder.
In terms of Latin dancing, I have no choice. The only way for me to dance in BDC is taking its professional tests in another branch- ballroom. I want to dance with Ed, J, Mango and all the others whom I have met since 2 years ago...
