WOW! WHAT A BEACH!

We wowed and wowed when we saw the wave, 'SO MUCH RUBBISH!'.

I was sitting there watching him, who was struggling whether or not to get into the water. I wouldn't swim anyway but I told him if he wanted he could go by himself.

Stepping on the fine sand while hearing the lively whistle of waves feeling the breeze gently caressing your face... YES! THAT's your DREAM!

Reality would be like: the grains are as coarse as blades and the waves are depositing the rubbish. I didn't think he would get into that water but I'd rather let him decide. Just as I expected, he finally came back and said we'd better not go. Kids are easy, so even we couldn't swim, building sandcastles could satisfy him.

If I had known that there were volunteers organizing beach clean-up to help getting rid of the plastic disaster, I would have taken Kiwi to join.  As a mother, I would like to show him what is the right thing to do; as a geography major, I would love to do something good for Mother Nature; as a normal beacher, I would want to see the once very beautiful beach.

Golden Beach is an artificial beach, it used to attract people from the other end of the town to come on holidays it was famous for its fine-grained sand and clear water. The first time I went on to GB was with my first BF, we took 2.5 hours to get there and were amazed by the lovely view. BUT now everything's different- the beach is different, I am different, the person by my side is different too.

Well, one thing hasn't changed- my wearing bikini!
