Have just watched all my practicing videos, among 39 of them, I found only one session, which was about 48 seconds, was 'watchable'. The super classic fan was done terribly. It was very frustrating when I realized that after 3 hours of sweating, I did well for less than a minute; however, a tiny piece of good news which could be a little consolation has been that, my use of knees is quite nice now.
Achilles' heel is the basics, I think. If I can't manage the basics I won't be able to master the advanced variations. Therefore, my goal of this week is: hips, weight and knees.
